(Singapore) Ampd Energy is one of 4 invited exhibitors to a BCA’s closed-door event on 21 March, Friday afternoon, held at the BCA Academy. The Technology Exchange on Green Construction event was attended by key members from the public service, main cons, developers and media to see how we can better use clean energy in the construction sector.
The Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) aims to support local businesses in their sustainability journey and has been expanded to embrace Singapore’s construction sector. The EEG now provides support for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to construction companies, offering up to 70% funding for pre-approved energy-efficient equipment. The Enertainer, a flagship product of Ampd Energy, is BCA’s pre-approved energy-efficient equipment.
To qualify for the grant, the construction firm must be registered and operating in Singapore, make the grant application through the Business Grants Portal (BGP) before they have commenced procurement of the equipment, and the BESS must be connected to the grid and charged using grid electricity.
