Aver Asia proudly presents the newest and notable Indonesian branch in Kendal, Indonesia. Kendal is one of the top five largest cities in Central Java, positioned beside Semarang, the provincial capital. Semarang boasts the largest industrial park in the region, Kendal Industrial Park (KIP), that has since attracted many international investors from Southeast Asia and Europe.
Our 6th Indonesian branch’s primary focus in Kendal involves construction projects aimed at building factories and shop houses. The on-going projects are pivotal in supporting the industrial growth of the new industrial hub. The new Kendal branch is strategically located less than 10 minutes’ drive away from KIP which greatly enhanced our operational efficiency and connectivity.
Interestingly, Kendal branch is near to not one but two industrial parks. The Batang Industrial Park (BIP) is another significant industrial hub in Central Java. Matter of fact, BIP is even larger in size than KIP. The Kendal branch is conveniently located to the two largest industrial parks in this region and is a 40-minute drive to BIP in Batang city.
The opening of the Kendal branch with expansive industrial activities from KIP and BIP has rooted the new branch as a one-stop centre of integrations and collaborations.
